I regularly work with leadership alongside the events and editorial teams to organize content and facilitate production schedules. I also serve as a consultant, sharing best practices and data to help enhance and evolve the communications.
Our internal and external audiences receive biweekly communications, and I manage annual communications such as the SIPA Year in Review and SIPA Magazine distributions via Mailchimp.
I document audience maintenance as part of our departmental communications calendar, and I share an opt-in survey annually to ensure our messaging retains meaningful reach.
Our biweekly messaging currently touts a 74.5% open rate and 5.7% click rate.
